Mighty Nations Meet and Promise ...
and do not deliver on their promises! The recent Meetings of the G20 and G8 in Canada cost one billion US Dollars for 1 1/2 days. That is exactly the shortfall on the promises made to Africa and other developinng nations elsewhere at the 2005 G8 summit in Scotland.
